Processing Time

Orders placed before 2 pm PST are processed either the same day or 1 business day of receipt from our warehouse, and orders will ship out once processed. Orders after 2pm PST will be processed 1 to 2 business days after. Therefore, delivery-time quotes begin when the package leaves the warehouse after the 1–2 business days of processing are completed.

During sales and promotional periods, orders may take an additional 1–3 days to process.

Orders placed after 2 p.m. PST Friday and on the weekend will begin processing starting on the following Monday unless Monday is a major holiday, at which point orders will begin processing on Tuesday.

Orders under 1 pound are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Orders over 1 pound are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

East Coast Metro: 2-5 business days
East Coast Regional: 3-5business days
West Coast Metro: 1-3 business days
West Coast Regional: 1-3 business days
International: Currently, we only ship the the USA

Please note that all shipping time frames are from the date of dispatch from our warehouses.

If you wish to redirect your shipment after you have placed your order, you may be subject to extra charges.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Money-back guarantee

The company offers a money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied within the first 7 days of receiving it. Customers need to contact and send the full product back to our address at the customer’s cost.


41Naturals will give a full refund on the price of any product purchased when the product is returned to us within 30 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards can't be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You are emailed proof of purchase after your order so please revert to this. 

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased and payment will be made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of 41Naturals.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@41naturals. 



To return your product, email us for instructions

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
