You can email We have a 30-day return policy on non-open items. If you open an item and use it we can't accept it as a refundable return unless the product is defective. 


What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy where you must submit your return by emailing We only accept returns on unopened packages in the same condition you received them. Once approved, we'll email you with further instructions and provide a return shipping label. Once we receive and approve your product, we'll email confirmation. All returns will be credited back to your original card less the cost of shipping. Alternatively, you can exchange your product and/or receive store credit for future orders. We do not accept returns on open products for any reason (i.e. you tried the product and don't like it). 


Where do you ship?

We ship to the USA. We do not ship internationally. We proudly ship from Santa Clarita, California. 


When will my order ship?

Domestic orders will be shipped within 48 hours, pending verification of billing information and the shipping method selected. We ship USPS on all orders under 2lbs and FedEx on orders over 2lbs. Shipping takes 3-5 business days but currently, our transit partners at USPS are experiencing slight delays of up to 3-5 days past expected delivery. We offer free shipping on orders over $65.

*All orders including hand sanitizer products will be shipped via Ground service and may only be shipped within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).


I have changed my address, email address, and/or credit card. How do I change my account information?

Click on My Account at the very top of the home page. Log in using your current email address and password. You'll then be able to change your account information, including credit card, billing and/or shipping address, email address, and password.


I've forgotten the password for my account. What should I do?
